The adrenal gland is situated on top of both kidneys. It produces corticosteroids, mineralocorticoids, catecholamines, and & androgens.

Too much or too little hormone production causes adrenal gland disorders. Adrenal disorder includes malfunctioning of the pituitary gland which leads to the instability of the pituitary gland to instruct and control the adrenal gland.
